To provide facilities for recreation or other leisure activities for physically disabled adults.  The object being to improve their quality of life by offering opportunities to socialise, improve communication skills, encourage confidence and provide friendship and fellowship.  Regular social meetings which include activities such as quizzes, games, entertainment as well as cups of tea and a chat.  Transport is provided.  Also outings and fundraising events such as coffee mornings.  Opportunities to interact with and understand the needs of physically disabled people.  Car drivers are always needed.
