DIAL provides a free, confidential information and advice service on all issues affecting disabled people’s everyday lives, to enable and empower individuals to improve their quality of life. 

To assist local disabled people that are at potential risk of being isolated and socially excluded from society, acting as a signposting service to deliver information and resources to individuals more efficiently and effectively, whilst providing them with ongoing direct support where necessary.

We aim to build members self confidence to empower individuals to have an active and independent life within their community.  We work with any local individuals that have a disability led enquiry, additionally supporting health professionals, beneficiaries, carers, families and organisations to support their needs alongside the person with the disability.

DIAL’s core aim is to provide guidance and support to these groups to assist them in gaining better welfare and a sustainable quality of life.
